1. Services

The ADHD Outpost provides counselling and ADHD-focused support services.

Services are provided within the scope of the facilitator’s professional qualifications and are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric care, formal ADHD assessment, diagnosis, or medication management.

2. Booking

Appointments are booked through the designated booking system or through another agreed booking method.

A consultation is optional. Clients may book a consultation before starting support or, where appropriate, proceed directly to an Individual Online Therapy Session.

Booking an appointment does not guarantee ongoing services where the service is subsequently determined to be unsuitable.

3. Fees and Payment

The applicable fee will be the fee displayed or communicated at the time of booking.

Payment must be made according to the payment instructions provided.

Fees may be updated from time to time.

Promotional codes and special rates are subject to their stated validity and conditions.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients are requested to provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future booking arrangements.

Any applicable cancellation or missed-appointment fee will be communicated in advance.

5. Late Arrival

Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time.

If a client arrives late, the session will generally end at the originally scheduled time and the full session fee remains payable.

6. Ending or Declining Services

The ADHD Outpost may decline, pause, or end services where:

  • the client’s needs fall outside the scope of the service;
  • continued sessions are not considered appropriate;
  • professional boundaries cannot be maintained;
  • there are repeated missed appointments or other significant booking issues; or
  • another form of support would be more appropriate.

Where appropriate, alternative support or referral options may be discussed.

7. Professional Boundaries

The service is provided within a professional counselling relationship.

Communication outside scheduled sessions should generally be limited to administrative matters such as booking, payment, and scheduling.

8. Online Sessions

For online sessions, clients are responsible for attending from a reasonably private and suitable environment.

Technical problems may occasionally affect the session. Clients should have a stable internet connection and suitable device where possible.

9. Emergency Situations

The ADHD Outpost is not an emergency or crisis service.

Clients experiencing an immediate emergency or serious safety concern should seek appropriate emergency or crisis support rather than relying on communication with The ADHD Outpost.

10. Intellectual Property

Original materials created by The ADHD Outpost, including programme materials, written resources, worksheets, website content, and other original materials, may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or used commercially without permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The version applicable at the time of booking will generally apply to that booking.

12. Acceptance

By booking or using a service provided by The ADHD Outpost, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Consent Form.
